Biography

If you are an avid listener of classical music and chamber music in Norway, Audun Sandvik is a name you are well acquainted with. You also recognize his distinctive playful and heartfelt playing. There is, indeed, a reason why he is everywhere, all the time, playing with the best.

His dream was to become a football player. So, to redo a well-known quote from the comedian Per Inge Torkelsen: Thank goodness sports didn’t take Audun away from us. We need musicians like him in chamber music Norway.

You can hear him at several concerts this summer.
