Biography

Ida Bryhn loves being a musician. It may sound a bit cliché, because doesn’t everyone who makes a living from music love it? But notice her in all the pictures. She radiates happiness, and when you read about Ida, it is obvious that it is an enormous love for classical music as an art form that has brought her to where she is today.

She is indeed a student of both the viola and the classical repertoire, and that is perhaps the reason why she is an internationally recognized educator. Among others, at the Royal College of Music in London.

Her career includes solo performances on the biggest stages in the world, and therefore it also makes sense that she is coming to Risør. You will hear her in several concerts this summer.
