Oda Holt Günther
Oda Holt Günther (b. 1999) is a versatile violinist with an impressive career both as a chamber musician and soloist. She has performed as a soloist with renowned orchestras such as the Oslo Philharmonic, the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, and the National Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine. Oda studied at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin, and over the years, she has been a valuable addition to several successful ensembles.
In the fall of 2018, Oda was awarded the Øivind Bergh Memorial Prize for her «particularly mature and personal playing,» an acknowledgment that underscores her talent and dedication to music. Currently, Oda is pursuing her passion by completing her master’s degree at the Barratt Due Institute of Music in Oslo, where she continues to develop her musical expression and artistic vision.
Starting from the summer of 2024, Oda will assume the role of concertmaster in the Norwegian Radio Orchestra, a position that marks her significant achievements and recognition on the international music scene.
