About the Artist
You hear his voice regularly at the Opera, but if you travel to one of the major stages in Europe, chances are he’ll be on the poster there too.
Many singers specialize in a single era, but Halvor is as well known for his work with Bach as he is as a champion of the modern. That speaks to a technique and a gift for communication far beyond most voices.
We’re looking forward to his debut in Risør as a soloist at the great choral highlight: the Festival Choir’s Nelson Mass at Frydendal Church.
