Up Close with the Pianists
They say change is good for you. We had to turn on a dime and suddenly went from one pianist up close to five. There’ll be a fight for the piano bench.
About the concert
This event was put together behind the scenes in great secrecy when we had to turn on a dime because of a cancellation.
Before we knew it, there we were with five fantastic pianists, giving us a glimpse of the full piano repertoire.
This is the essence of Risør: up close also means being in the same boat and helping each other when things come up. A gift from this year’s pianists to all of us.
