Last year, everyone was talking about Marius Neset's artistry and his week-long triumph in Risør. So we're inviting him back for an exclusive concert where he'll show us why he and his band own jazz-Europe right now.
About the concert
Last year, Marius Neset was a revelation. Our classically oriented audience discovered a saxophonist of absolute world class, and the response was overwhelming. We simply had to bring him back.
This year he’s coming with his own band, Marius Neset Quartet, to perform the album “Cabaret” live. The album, released in 2025, was of course celebrated throughout the jazz world.
We’re delighted to welcome one of jazz’s true spearheads back to us this year!
