About our ticket sales

We sell tickets through Tixly, and you can pay with credit and debit cards, and Vipps. Tickets are paid for at the time of online booking.

Tixly and your account

We recommend creating a Tixly account for ticket purchases either before or during the checkout process. We suggest using your personal email rather than a work email, as work emails may change without notice.

The Festival Pass is a great choice if you plan to attend 10 or more events. You choose which concerts to attend from those available on the Festival Pass.

Minimum price is 3,700 NOK for 10 concerts. You can add more if you wish. There is a limited number of Festival Passes available.

You need your own Tixly account to purchase a Festival Pass. See the section on Tixly accounts under "About buying tickets".

As a Friends member, you get these ticket benefits:

• One week presale before everyone else (January 19–26).
• Priority access to a limited number of Festival Passes during presale week.
• 30 NOK discount on all concerts except children’s performances.

We have tickets for 180 NOK for all children and young people (up to and including 20 years), and students up to 30 years.

ID and student card must be shown at the entrance.

Music as a gift is the best!

Our gift cards can be used for all our ticketed events. You choose the value of the gift card yourself, and it is valid for two years from the purchase date.

How to use the gift card for ticket purchases

When you have selected your tickets and reached "Payment", you can choose to use your gift card as payment. You will be asked to enter the gift card number and PIN code. The gift card amount will then be deducted from the purchase total.

If you buy tickets for more than the gift card value, the remaining amount must be paid by card. If you buy tickets for less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on your gift card for future purchases.

Some of our venues have accessibility challenges. Contact us if you have special needs for accommodations.

If you have a companion pass (ledsagerbevis), your companion enters free. Add a companion ticket when purchasing your own ticket, and bring the companion pass to the entrance.

The companion must get a ticket to secure a seat.

Doors close at concert start. We recommend arriving in good time.

Please be considerate of fellow audience members and artists. Mobile phones should be silenced, preferably in airplane mode. Photography and filming is discouraged out of consideration for your fellow audience members. All use of flash is prohibited to protect the artists.

Tickets are only refunded if an event is cancelled.

We cannot resell tickets that have already been sold. You must do this yourself, following applicable laws and regulations for ticket resale.
