About buying tickets
About our ticket sales
We sell tickets through Tixly, and you can pay with credit card, debit card, and Vipps. Tickets are paid for at the time of online booking.
Tixly and your purchase account
We recommend creating your own Tixly account for ticket purchases either before or during the purchase process itself. We recommend using your personal email rather than a work email, as that may change without notice.
Friends membership
As a Friends member, you get these benefits connected to our ticket sales:
- One week of presale before everyone else (19-26 January).
- Priority access to a limited number of Festival Passes during the presale week.
- NOK 30 discount on all concerts except children's performances
You need your own Tixly account to use these benefits. See more about Tixly accounts under the "About buying tickets" tab.
Children, youth and students
We offer tickets for NOK 180 to all children and young people up to and including age 20, and students up to and including age 30.
ID and student card must be shown at the entrance.
Gift cards
Music as a gift is best of all!
Our gift cards can be used for all our ticketed events. You choose the value of the gift card yourself, and it is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
For more about our gift card, click here.
How to use the gift card when buying tickets
Once you have selected your tickets and reached "Payment", you can choose to use your gift card as your method of payment. You will then be asked to enter the gift card number and PIN code. The gift card amount will be deducted from the purchase total.
If you buy tickets for more than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount must be paid by card. If you buy tickets for less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card and can be used to buy tickets at a later date.
Accessibility and companion certificate
Some of our venues have accessibility challenges. Contact us if you have special needs for accommodations.
If you have a companion certificate, your companion enters free of charge. Add a companion ticket when purchasing your own ticket, and bring the companion certificate with you to the entrance.
Your companion must reserve a ticket to secure a seat.
Concert etiquette
Doors close at the start of the concert. We recommend arriving in good time.
Please show consideration for fellow audience members and the artists. Mobile phones should be set to silent, preferably airplane mode. Photography and filming are discouraged out of consideration for the people around you. All use of flash is prohibited to protect the artists.
Refunds, exchanges and resale
Tickets are refunded only if an event is cancelled.
If you would like to change concert or seat, please contact us.
We cannot resell tickets that have already been sold. This must be done by you, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations for ticket resale.
